guys it does work this is in 2021 it does work play as a mako mermaid man and when the moon is over the moon pool it will be open but in the day its closed

Guys now I know why, when it's night time on the game it opens just like the actual series so just go there at night like at 9:00 pm to 3:00 am 😁
Edit: sometimes it doesn't let you in to the cave with the trident when you walk into the black thing, it happens to me so just in case before night quickly visit the moon pool and then go to the trident area! Hopefully this will be useful
