at the moment we have here an integrated lounge at the front just as an option if you have the great views there's a great place to hang out
that's a spot where we can put a barbecue or like we did here breakfast or a lunch bar still enjoying your view we even have a four claw bath that's very romantic in the evening even and for the kids of course
the tent itself it's a european campshield which is tested in a lab in melbourne we found out that it meets bushfire attack level requirements of ball 29
there's no cotton in it but it breathes the same as a cotton material and that's positive because well there's no organic material in it so it's very mold-resistant whereas when you look at some technical details of the tent we normally have a complete mosquito net behind here
just as an extra entrance we have some aluminium pipes where we hang the inner tent to the frame and it makes it extremely strong which stands for all kinds of wind ratings here in australia the frame itself what you see here is a fine frame so a treated pine but if we go to queensland or to cyclonic areas we also can replace them for steel pipes and meet the requirements over there and that's this one four millimeters thick and to make sure that we we have wind region b and c what we did with the hanging system is it's dividing all the forces
do you like bigger windows all the windows have a fixed mosquito net in there the blinds from the inside but also a transparent pvc which is easy to close for the colder days and winter clamping is taking off also in victoria and as you can see it's very easy to close them up and if you have an air conditioning running inside same as we have right now to mobile air conditioning normally we have a split against the wall it really keeps it nice and comfortable cool or warm depending on the season we have a little kitchenette here with a refrigerator we can do well we can make it a bit bigger or even with some stoves in there
a lot of people here in australia know how to survive in the wild and everything they have their own swags their own four by fours but there's also a massive group of people who say hey without the hustle when everything is there yeah that's what we like and it really attracts a new clientele to your park i'm going to show you the frame as well because we put all our tensile steel ground anchors we can put them even on the slope so even when you have spots that you can't utilize at the moment for a caravan or four tent with these stands we can do that the rental price of these units it starts around the 300 mark and goes all the way up to eight nine hundred dollars for exclusive spot with dinner included they're doing extremely well occupancy rate very important easily above 60 70 let's go to
we have steel ground anchors they can handle 3000 kilo per anchor we use 27 anchors for a tent this size this stand is 10 by 5.4 meters we have bearers we have joists and then our flooring and decking and yeah the minimum height is at least four or five hundred of ground and we can go to over two meters at the side you see 50 centimeter of a pvc easy to clean if you want to clean it and then here your canvas canvas we protect it with our pvc roof over it so it's double roof to keep this as clean as possible and that way you can use it for at least 10 years why we're not using pvc all over, it doesn't breathe this material breathe that gives it a real tent feeling and a nice atmosphere inside which is very important otherwise it feels like being well in a cool cell for example so therefore we're using this canvas and we can replace the front and the back of the tent so either after years or when something or zipper breaks down it's very easy to replace it also what we like about it that it's translucent so the light from outside you know it reflects inside makes it very well romantic coloring well we always discuss with the client what how the site looks like is it on the slope do we want to have the the veranda at the front elevate it and maybe we have to do a door at the back and that's not a problem at all
