Everyone is responsible for their wrong actions in America, except police, prosecutors, judges and politicians.

The police in the USA are NOT allowed to do their JOB!! They too are innocently going to jail!!
There is an anti police movement going on in USA!! THEY are under fire! So to say that police are not being held accountable is wrong statement!.

Judge's should be replaced every five year term.
Police, Judge's or prosecutors found to be biased to gain a prosecution must face the same charges as the defendant.
Let Artificial Intelligence be the judge and jury, or the defendant make that choice.

Those who support death penalty actually don't even care about these innocents on death row. In thier mind be like: "You're executed for doing nothing? Unforfunate, but that's not my problem! I want death penalty at all costs."
No matter what arguments you throw at them, they'll stay stubborn and often rage at you furiously. The only way to change their minds is to have them in the same situation as these convicted innocents.
At the end of the day, they only care about their pleasure of killing someone.

i can't believe this has went as far as it have, this man has wasted all his time in life over law enforcement and and its a common sense case that the man entering the rear doors shot that guy. he's guilty of being involved in a bad situation and should be giving time served

The sad truth is this happens to often. We lost a loved one this way only 5 years on death role then executed by lethal injection. He claimed his innocence till his last breathe.

The USA has more people incarcerated than the PRC, despite only having 1/3 the population. 2.2m. Prison is big business and there is clear evidence that judges have been incentivised to jail people, especially minors and those under 25. Inmate labour is also very profitable.

Do you realise how many people have been PROVEN innocent over the last 20 odd years? Not just thought of as not guilty, but actually proven they could not possibly have committed the offence they've spent years or even decades in prison.
Of course, they all say they're innocent, but a few actually are innocent.
