I equipped Furious Resilience, Bonus Health but did not equip the powerful throw Star card, I did the Star card that makes Vader’s choke deal more damage
I like to use fueling the rage instead of intensified lightsaber throw because the 6 extra seconds of duration combos so well with the damage resistance on top of bonus health, true tank vader
The intensified lightsaber throw is better then there is no escape. It gives bonus damage when the lightsaber returns to Vader's hand w while hitting the enemy. Vader's lightsaber throw range is already better. No need to increase it.
The setup for me is Furious Resilience,Fueling the Rage and the star card that makes the lightsaber go further (Hero Based Gamemodes) And the exact same setup except for fueling the rage then I equip bonus health (Trooper based gamemodes)

I actually used Surrounded by Fear for Vader exclusively until today while I’m trying new set ups, it’s actually great for when 2-3 lightsaber heroes attack you at once and for when someone tries to sneak up on you after you kill their teammate(s). I’m trying new setups but I think everyone should give it a try for a few games.

I’ve been using longer range on lightsaber throw instead of more damage. It’s surprising that I like it so much. There’s so many times where you can snipe people at distance with it, and it’s much easier to hit people twice with the extra distance. Even though I used to use furious resilience no matter what, I’m playing with it out now, and using more health, longer choke, and longer lightsaber distance. Vader has enough good cards that you can mix it up
It helps if u have high sensitivity and user the right stick to turn. The punishing grip Star card is very helpful in case u use anything under 75% sensitivity. On Xbox I use 95% sensitivity and on PS4 and PC I use 80%. Vader is the best for basically any situation so will be very good.

How can I push away enemys to fall in a hole with choke ability? In Xbox one I don't know how.
Just move the right stick so that when you choking them, you turn the camera wherever you want to move them

You deal damage while choking so yes the longer the choke, the more the damage
