I think he used a pitch shifter in the studio, I know he has before, at least there’s no way that was all on the 9th fret, that’s like a 5 step bend lol. Maybe he just slid to the 12th fret quickly in the studio, I don’t know, but I don’t think that would even be possible to hit on the 9th fret alone compared to the album.
