Eurovision is all about the country you represent rather than what you sing. If your country is popular and especially with your neighbours, you get votes. That is why a song with a good melody like this would get nowhere

If The swedes would choose her, I would vote for her many times and would like a victory for her, because she - the best. But they have taken away from themselves a victory... How it could be made? Upphotad ABBA-låt. Älskar denna. Denna hade garaterat gått långt i ESC. Det är denna typ av låtar som slår. Jag tror inte någon av de som är i finalen kommer slå i ESC, tyvärr. Vi har röstat bort de bästa låtarna redan. Många av dem i finalen kommer gå bra här i Sverigen men inte i Europa.

@gnom1947 Popular is a typical Fredrik Kempe "song", half a sentance of lyrics and enough music to follow that, then looped enough times to reach the 3 min requirement. He had 2-3 "songs" in each part of the competition. To say that Saade won because of his great song is to lie blatantly, to say that he won due to his singing skills and/or talent is almost as bad a lie. He's pretty and they've given him a good show. Most importantly he's popular with the young girls who vote a lot.
