I have a suggestion for future videos, one video for one common mistakes/errors in clean and jerk or snatch, and recommendations on how to fix them. One video can just be one error, with maybe a few suggestions.
Just posted a comment on your latest vid giving the suggestion of you posting vids of your workouts so that we too can follow along, and then boom this was the next video I found lol. You must just keep doing what you're doing I reckon bro. Maybe up the video quality of your wanting to reach a larger audience. Otherwise, there will always be those that will come to watch your vids💪

I have just begun weightlifting so I am mostly focusing on my clean and jerk and snatch (also doing a good bit of back squat and overhead press work). At what point should I switch back to emphasizing overall strength (deadlift, squat, front squat, etc) and deemphasize snatch and cj? How do I regulate and alternate strength vs technique work?

I am way past the number the calculator is showing for 125 CJ, but can only do 107.5 for now. So skill is still a factor!
