Nice review, i want to buy it, but unfortunatelly, now, in Ukraine, it`s a bit of a problem... One day, after the victory, i`m going to visit your beautiful country))
Stay strong 💪 we are behind you 🙏
Dude, foxwell in Kyiv are waiting this moto in February 2023.
Great video. I agree the bike is great value for the price but when the cfmoto 700clx is so close regarding the price while 700cc & 75 hp, is there any comparison?! I'm trying to figure out my next city/commuter bike.
Getting positive reviews from vloggers in Philippines. I think its best value for money.
Great review Nick. I take some interest in this bike of course and you delivered the pros and cons well. I'm keen to see the power difference myself compared to the DS. I guess it's mapped differently? Catch you on the next one 👍🍻
No difference in power really same engine same spec. You feel a slight difference but that mainly due to sound, feels same tbh. Cheers 🍻
Hi, are you sure the engine is 497 cc and not 471 ? Here in France the Voge 500 AC, DS and DSX are equipped with the same engine as the Honda CB 500 C and X, a 471 cc twin parallel engine. Unless specifications would be different for the UK market ?
These bikes certainly have the look Nick if a little under powered but as you say if it was a 650 with decent gearing it would be a cracking bike certainly if you keep on top of cleaning and maintenance prefer the adventure though : )
Just stumbled across you channel. Very good review. I think I'd rather have a CL500, which are readily available where I am in Chiang Rai, northern Thailand. At the moment I have an SCR950 and a 390 Duke Mk2. A 650 single sounds interesting to me.
I have subscribed. [Nick J]
Thanks for your sub, love Thailand 🇹🇭 👍
I have no idea why you say this bike runs out of revs at 4.5k, in my experience the engine is very willing and revs and pulls through to 9k if needed, it is a great bike
It is only my opinion of what I think, it’s a good commuter but a little gutless after 4.5k tbh. It may be a good bike built to a budget.
@@MOTOUK1 you got it wrong about this willing little engine. Thanks for your reply anyway, keep up the good work
You say unadjustable USD front forks... but the Lexmoto/Voge website says fully adjustable. As well as the rear mono-shock having preload and dampening adjustability. So I'm a little confused as to which it is, as you seem to under-spec it compared to what it advertised as on the official website?
On this bike the front shocks where unadjustable but the rear if i remember had preload only
@@MOTOUK1 Ah ok, guessing it got an update during the year then. Noticed this vid is a few months old now
For the algorithm
awesome video amazing fantastic ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !
Thanks 🙏
WELCOME BRO
Not a bad option as its a bit cheaper. I'd prob stick to a Honda around this CC just due to the dealers etc. Well Chinese bikes are def catching up! No probs with mine..
Hello! How many liters of gasoline does this motorcycle need to drive 100 km in a calm mode?
No idea check there website 👍
I bought this motorcycle. Fuel consumption 3.8...4 liters per 100 km with a calm driving style. The tank has about 17.4 liters.
Sorry this comment isn’t really bike focused but where is the beginning of this vid filmed, I want to live there❤
No it’s all ok John, it’s Pine Lake resort at Carnforth Lancashire. 👍
Anyone knows why 500ac is bit more expensive than 500r? 500r looks more sporty but it seems people prefer 500ac more, other than that are both models closely related . Anyone thoughts?
Because it had a classic and timeless design. 500r is modern look. But the design will fade away sooner or later.
500ac is much more advanced and has a lot of updates. In addition, 500r has been discontinued.
@@EnjoyMoto 500ac looks much more promising, especially the design
The A2 licence market offers far more than this bike. You may as well stick to a 125cc machine & bore it out to 200cc (watch the bhp).
If you're stuck in the A2 licence trap; I recommend the Suzuki SFV650 Gladius. Buy used, at between £2,000-£3,000. They're easy to de-restrict & go like shit off a stick. Bags of fun & FAST. Proper biking for far less brass.
Yeah, good luck with insurance in case you get in a crash on derestricted bike (even with registered on A2) with A2 licence.
Why would I buy this over a CB500F at the same price?
Sorry that posted before i finished it, makes it sound like i didn't watch the video where you ask the exact same question. Voge, Zontes, CFMOTO et al all need to come in significantly cheaper than Honda and similar brands to persuade people to switch. There's no comparison in dealer network and parts support at the moment, so they need to be highly competitive on price and this just isn't. It's also more expensive than the 500DS, which feels the wrong way around.
Probably a good bike for riding schools for the direct access students if they still do the 5 days courses, the history of Chinese bikes still lingers in the mindset as bikes that can't pass their first MOT and don't do longevity and really can not see these being any different, I envisage a lot of these will be in the 2nd hand market place as used low mileage vehicles., time will tell.
Yes I think time will tell David.
bike is made for A2 47BHP 650 wouldn't fit in A2
