It helps to cleanse you and to hear God more clear. I would say maybe look up online bible verses about fasting or look directly in your Bible to help you get more of an understanding from God what you should specifically fast on
Also pray throughout your fasting. Another thing is you can fast for however long it doesn't have to be a huge amount of time take it slow ask God for guidance. You got this!! God Bless you❤️

I actually avoid that person now. I thought I was " falling in love " but I discovered things about him that were not good. Just because someone is physically attractive doesn't make them a good person.

I was in a soul tie with a narcissistic woman. I really believed that I was in love with her. After years of her treating me like garbage then eventually ghosting me. I finally broke that connection and am still healing. I cut off all contact with her and it’s getting easier in time. She is no longer in my mind or my heart. I know it was the right thing to do. Never stay in a soul tie with a person who does not value you. I’ve learned the hard way but I thank God for the experience. 🙏

The relationship between the sexes is completely broken. Getting used to being alone is extremely important. If you 'need' others financially (my sin) you will be someones victim. If you're lonely and looking for love, that is blood in the water and will attract the sharks. Even family and friendships are a disaster right now because the world has slowly become completely narcissistic. Yep, my last relationship with my ex girlfriend was extremely codependent. My thoughts were being consumed by her and my entire life was revolving around her. I became fearful if she wasnt happy and fearful of saying the wrong things. Shes a good girl but we werent for each other. I started to lose discipline in many aspects of my life and my purpose was clouded. Luckily, it was only a 2 month relationship and now I'm attempting to break this strong soul tie. Jesus is the way for everything in life.
That's like my nephew and I've been praying. Him and this girl are like glue... she has a 3 year old daughter and she's still at our house more than ever... 3 days at a time. She comes at 2am... she's there during family gatherings, when his friends are there. She doesn't give him a break..... and now I'm realizing it's him too....he has to be telling her to come. He's so consumed in this girl that's alarming. I've been praying and crying and praying. Bc my spirit just don't sit right with her... and in the flesh it seems like it's getting worse... the tighter and tighter the soul tie gets... the more and more she comes but my faith is in Jesus Christ and I'm trusting and depending on God... please Lord intervene and intercede. It’s been 7 years since I was set free from a soul tie aka a so called twin flame connection. I didn’t even know about the concept, until I started to lose my mind obsessing about him pulling away and losing grasp of the connection…. I have never been so emotionally bound to a person in my life. Not even to the person I was married too. Now I look back and realize how demonic that connection was and how crafty he was in pulling me in and how open I was to it. The connection will have you feeling like you’re crazy. You become obsessed specially when they pull away and you don’t understand why. I was more consumed with the why instead of just accepting he was a liar that used me…The physical and emotional feelings with this person are so euphoric that they become a drug and it feels impossible to break away. Even when they are no longer in your life. The only way I was finally set free was with prayer and it had to be consistent. I prayed but found no relief until I asked God what I needed to pray for. Even months after I physically left him his presence lingered and followed me … A dark cloud over me every single day …I was depressed and couldn’t move on from him….I couldn’t find happiness I anything but him…. I couldn’t forget him or get over it but I repented for making him more important than God …only God deserves that devotion… I asked God to forgive me for hurting anyone in my past… i was so tired of being connected to this person to the point of having to pray for the connection to be severed…and only Jesus can break that chain…the signs and synchronicities are not of God they’re demonic… God will never send someone that ignores you and has you on edge confused and feeling worthless … he’ll never send you a man that did everything to get you then throw you away…God will not send us someone who is hot and cold…. God opened my eyes and I realized that the moment I had sex with him and was joined physically with him was when I let his demons in … from that point forward is when the soul tie was formed … twin flame should be really be called the twin demon because they come to steal kill and destroy you… to the point where you don’t want to live anymore… once that person breaks away your life turns into darkness and it becomes obvious it was all a scheme from the devil to break you… I pray for all of you experiencing this and pray you are set free in Jesus name. 🙏 if you haven’t wished you never met your tf because of how painful it is …then you haven’t experienced a true TF connection … TF are not a God ordained Union .. I felt alone and misunderstood…That darkness haunted me day and night … but especially at night … i would cry myself to sleep praying for closure & for him to return to me because I was in so much pain, but he disappeared… it got as far as me thinking he never existed I felt as if he had died because my grief was on another level … then the craziest thing was that the relationship was so short lived it made no sense …the real torment came when he ghosted me but was still on my mind 24/7 for months and I got so used to crying every night that it became a ritual … I remember when I met him our connection was so surreal it would consume me like a drug. It was so painful to be away from him and nothing took away that pain … then I realized while praying that it was for the wrong thing …. I was so engulfed in my own desires that I failed to ask and pray for Gods will and remove that connection that I couldn’t break free from. When I did that I saw a shift …I started to see him for who he truly was manipulative, liar, self centered, narcissistic… he went above and beyond to play his nice guy role and wheel me in when he got what he wanted he threw me in the trash. Then my eyes truly opened when I realized there is no way God sent this man into my life …he would not put his children in an unhealthy painful situation meant to destroy them. This is the type of connection that can cause a person to lose their mind and become suicidal. I thank my Lord and savior Jesus Christ for delivering me and removing that demonic tie.

I kept going back to the same person over and over for 8 years. I was not at peace and it felt so wrong yet I couldn’t walk away. It was torture, hurt and a lot of pain, arguing. His values and morals were not in alignment with mine. He didn’t want to go to church or lead a morally upstanding life. But I kept going along with it! Until something happened one day and I knew couldn’t do it anymore.
I felt broken emotionally, physically, spiritually. 8 years of my life was gone. I had nothing to show for it. He didn’t care! And I realized I was battling for something that wasn’t worth fighting for from the start.
I humbly went to God and said I don’t want this anymore God. I don’t want to live like this anymore please help me to leave this behind once and for all. I said God please let “your” will be done in my life, not “my” will. I surrender this situation to you completely because I can’t do this by myself.
I kept praying and focusing on God. I ignored his comings and goings from the home we shared. I didn’t question him about anything, his life, what he was up to, where he had been, nothing. I didn’t want to worry because I truly desired to break free of this toxic hold on me.
After a few months I started to notice I cared less and less until I just didn’t anymore because I was so focused on the unconditional love of God and developing a more Godly life. His feelings for me no longer mattered one bit. His threats and intimidation were meaningless! I no longer felt bound to him.
When he told me he was moving out, I said congratulations, I wish you well. It’s been so peaceful without him in my life I can’t even begin to explain how much peace I have.
I’m so thankful that I finally learned the lesson. God removed him from my life, and broke that bond!

Wasn't until yesterday that I learned of soulties. I found that I couldn't sleep,eat, study,read my Bible or pray effectively because all I thought about was her. In effect,I'd made her an idol without even realizing it! Please God forgive me for making her an idol. She and I broke up but I heard she went back to her ex and I got panicky and called her and she spoke so rudely to me and made it clear she never even loved me, but here I am consumed by thoughts of her. (This was my first real relationship and I'd even done some of the customary rites that are needed in our African context).I spent lots of money bringing her to another where I was, though I had a burden in my spirit because i felt we weren't really married yet to start living together. I want to forget about her and focus on my God and trust that someday He'll send someone that will walk with me and we'll compliment each other. Please pray for me brethren. I just finished letting go of a dangerous soul tie with a a woman who had a jezebel spirit this is my second time experiencing a soul tie I am just thankful to God almighty from breaking me free and saving me from a destructive lifestyle that doesn't match up with his will for my life. I actually share both experiences on my ytchannel. It was a scary experience for me. God is so good and faithful and rescued me.
Woah...... me too, in a same sex relationship, there was demonic transference, I was spell bound in torment for three years over her. I begged God for two years to help, finally He answered "who is your God," I found it hard to topple her from the throne for God, but I did... in answer I struggled to say, "you are, my Lord."
What followed was Him revealing the name J***bel (I can't utter that putrid name), immediately I was thrown against a wall and strangled by demons unseen, I freaked, my cat bolted and I texted my christian mentor in panic, she called, I had to put it on speaker as I revealed the name to her, I was thrown into a backward arch position and then I was thrown, under my coffee table growling; Through her deliverance prayers and the Holy Spirit, I finally submitted to Jesus--- indeed that very Jez spirit had legal ground not just from this woman (a very powerful j***bel), but also in me through sexual perversion and hatred of God's order/the patriarchy. I was being taunted because that ground was so deeply entrenched in me, but never have I ever met someone with such control over me, driving me to 5 suicide attempts---her eyes once turn jet black, she was sociopathic, ice cold and cruel and her vicious words would slice through my soul and stay there--- I literally worshipped her despite, it was utterly like being in a trance.
I since learned through the soul tie, (via sexual intimacy), curses were sent and it was a conduit for her own demons to attack me literally to death.
Finally after half an hour of my friend leading me to confession, I coughed it (J***bel) out--- not a flesh cough but a weird, strange cough from my soul, through my mouth. I knew immediately, this soul tie demon, a high ranking principality had been deep in my soul, right where I loved her so much. I saw it leave in a weird translucent pig like state, fleeing back to the direction of her house. For 2 years after, sleep paralysis, parasomnia and extreme anxiety tormented me, trying to lure me back into my old life.
I choose Jesus, but the battle for our soul is REAL, sexual perversion has MANY forms and MANY curses. Keep sex out of relationships until marriage, and no matter what your flesh persuasions are, choose abstinence until He leads, convicts, changes and prepares your heart.

Praise God I was delivered from this unGodly tie. This took years to get released from. Many soul ties are with narcissist and it is very difficult to break that tie and impossible without God.
