OMG, you're a genius. What made this so perfect is that you did not have to use any fancy BS tools, and this is the reason why this video is a real DIY project that ANYONE can actually do.
Most homeowners wouldn’t be able to do this. It looks easy, but that’s because these guys have years of experience. Anyone is welcome to try, but I think you’ll be surprised how precise you have to be with mixing your product and time. You only have so much time to work with it before it starts setting up and your mix has to be the right consistency or it’ll just fall off the wall. Anything is DIY… just depends how professional you want the finish to look
These guys are Master Masons with some very good skills! They make it look way easy. Its not! What makes this video better than most is they explain what materials they use! Plastic Cement, Plastering Sand, Acrylic Paint! This is a good video for those wanting to learn but practice! Kudos to these guys for sharing this information!
You guys have alot of great videos just reload them with your English commentary and you will have another 100k subs in no time I would love to watch all your videos again with the English thanks so much Kanelo's
Hola una consulta, que tipo de arena tiene que ser? Tan fina como la arena de mar o un poco más gruesa como la arena de río? Y otra consulta, por qué no le agregan cal?
This is great and very inspiring. Please make future videos where you have less movement in the camera. I got a little dizzy watching. However, I am grateful for this. Thanks
This is Exactly what I have been looking for. Subscribed and Saved Imediately. Pleas slow camera down just a little bit. THANK YOU for this tutorial my Friend.
@@keithknight2194 40% Cement and 60% sand to stay on the wall and is lighter and easier to carve, less drying time too to be able to carve is my guess... too much cement would make this too heavy and set quicker before you can add the right amount of details...
The formation of the stones are perfect The colour however is not that good I notice you did not use all your colour s that you said you had. Could this cement wall be done over sheet rock inside a house?
He could have white sand or play sand. It’s a trial and error thing to try on an old piece of plywood first, to make a color & texture that makes everyone (Wife) happy. Make sure to get exterior grade paints if outside. It’s what they use in finishing coat of exterior finishing insulation system (EFIS - check online for companies called STO or DryVitt) as it is toweled on polystyrene or green finishing board from Georgia Pacific. They use a magnesium float so no iron or steel particles wear off to rust stain. The finish color coat has marble dust of a various selection from fine to extra course. Concrete is porous so if you get rain and snow, spray it with a clear no gloss sealer. I did my house with EFIS adding R14 to all of the walls like a thermos bottle plus cuts outdoor sound by half. Heat and A/C is money gone each month and great for resale.

Verry good job i would like ask you about mortar how much cement and sand and water you use to make this mortar because is verry sticky. Thank you
Good job guys 💯
can I use regular mortar mix from Home Depot? I built a 16x3 ft wall out of redi mix concrete and rebar and want to make it look like stone or rock.
Cement mix w plaster sand? Whats plaster sand?
I’m not sure if he means the same, but mortar mix with a bonding solution would work well for this too.
