This suggests that nobody, not even the government, is allowed to try to take your life. The government must also take the appropriate steps to safeguard life by passing laws that will keep you safe and, in certain situations, by intervening to save your life if it is in danger. It indicates that you have the legal right to be alive in this world and that it is your duty as a citizen to uphold the law in all its manifestations.
    Learnings:
I can see how crucial it is for us as humans to be conscious of our own rights as well as the limitations of those rights now that I have a better understanding of how the two rights differ from one another. because everyone of us has a unique perspective on the world. We don't think alike. thinking. owing to our own lives.

    Summary:
The classification of human rights and state obligations was the topic of this video discussion. There are not many different types of human rights because they are inherent and dependent on one another. All people have these fundamental rights regardless of their age, sex, caste, creed, race, religion, location, or nationality. They are all equally important and inalienable. Although the Universal Declaration of Human Rights only stated two categories of human rights:
Political and civil rights that are economic, social, and cultural
    Learning:
Human rights are about equality, dignity, respect, freedom, and justice, according to what I've learned about the topic. Rights include the ability to live without discrimination, the freedom of speech, the right to marriage and family, and the right to an education.

Summary: It has long been claimed that there are significant distinctions between civil and political rights and economic, social, and cultural rights. These two sorts of rights have been viewed as two distinct ideas, and the distinctions between them have been described as a dichotomy. Human rights are freedoms imposed on all nations by custom or international agreement. Civil liberties, which are liberties established by a single state's law and upheld by that state inside its own borders, are separate from human rights.

    c. SUMMARY - The pre-recorded discussion focuses on the classifications of human rights. First, in terms of rights and second, according to life's aspects. It also goes over Natural or Moral Rights, which are God-given rights. Natural rights are moral rights that humans (in the moral sense) have by nature, or simply by being human. For example, you may have a natural right to life simply by virtue of your existence. Killing you would be wrong because it would be a violation of your natural right. Living is one of your 'proper ends' or purposes.
    d. LEARNINGS -Since you are already aware of your basic rights, it is important to remember that you have limitations on how you should exercise them. I've also learned that the UDHR and other documents define five types of human rights: economic, social, cultural, civil, and political rights. The right to work, the right to food and water, the right to housing, and the right to an education are examples of economic, social, and cultural rights.
    e. Reactions and comments - This is an interesting topic. This video discussion was recorded during my CLJ class section D schedule. I admire our instructor's openness to issues such as teen pregnancy, abortion, and even rape. These are extremely sensitive topics, but as young adults, we must be aware of them in order to avoid becoming victims of certain abuses.
    f. Give us your "takeaway" from this video.
The main thing I learned from our schedule is that as citizens, we must follow and exercise our rights diligently. I was able to grasp the distinctions and significance of various human rights classifications. Civil and political rights, for example, are a class of rights that protect individuals' freedom from infringement by governments, social organizations, and private individuals. They guarantee the right to participate in society's and the state's civil and political life without discrimination or repression. Under civil rights is the right to suffrage or the right to vote, which we can voluntarily waive.

The origins of human rights may be found both in Greek philosophy and the various world religions. In the Age of Enlightenment the concept of human rights emerged as an explicit category. Man/woman came to be seen as an autonomous individual, endowed by nature with certain inalienable fundamental rights that could be invoked against a government and should be safeguarded by it. Human rights were henceforth seen as elementary preconditions for an existence worthy of human dignity.

    c. SUMMARY
The video discussion includes a discussion of the classification of human rights. Civil and political rights are those granted by the state or civil society. We all have civil and political rights, which guard against the violation of an individual's freedom by a government, a social organization, or a private person. Examples include the right to utilize public facilities, the right to a fair trial, the right to government services, the right to public education, and the right to vote.
    b. LEARNINGS
I learned about civil rights from this recorded video talk. The law, dubbed the most significant civil rights measure in the United States since Reconstruction, was intended to put an end to discrimination based on race, color, religion, or national origin.
    e. Reactions and comments
It was effectively described, and examples were provided for each section of the subject to help me understand. This video is well-explained and includes several examples to help us understand the content.
    d. Takeaway
The States are required by law to safeguard and advance human rights, including the right to social security, and to make sure that persons may exercise such rights without facing discrimination. The State is ultimately responsible for ensuring proper administration of institutions and services, as well as timely distribution of benefits in accordance with clear and transparent eligibility requirements and entitlements. In cases when public institutions do not directly offer benefits and services, it is crucial that the legal frameworks are effectively enforced in order to ensure that such benefits and services are supplied.

    SUMMARY:
States have the legal obligation to protect and promote human rights, including the right to social security, and ensure that people can realize their rights without discrimination. Human rights are rights inherent to all human beings, regardless of race, sex, nationality, ethnicity, language, religion, or any other status. Human rights include the right to life and liberty, freedom from slavery and torture, freedom of opinion and expression, the right to work and education, and many more.
    LEARNINGS:
What I've learned from the discussion aside from the classification of Human Rights is that, the rights of the people is not only obliged to be known and be protected by themselves but also to the state as well. It is apparently the main obligation of the state which is to respect, to protect, and to fulfill. This is because the well being of the state itself, reflects the well being of its citizens. The state shall always ensure that these rights can never be abused in order to preserve peace and equality towards the country.
