  • This is it! I present to you this recipe I’ve studied and tested for more than 2 months! This is my Thick Pan Pizza!
    I am excited to share this to you. I am pretty sure you’ll find this crispy and yummy.
    Ingredients for dough
    500g flour (with 11-12.5 % protein)
    370g warm water (or room temp. water for hot climate)
    20g olive oil
    ½ tsp sugar
    5g instant dry yeast
    10g salt
    Ingredients for sauce
    350g tomato sauce
    ½-1 tbsp olive oil
    1 tsp salt
    1 tbsp oregano or more
    Ingredients in Volume (Dough)
    3 2/3 cups Bread Flour / 4 1/8 all-purpose flour
    1 5/8 cups of warm water
    1/8 cup Olive oil
    1/2 teaspoon sugar
    1 and 1/2 teaspoons instant dry yeast
    3/4 tablespoon

    Hi maam new subscriber po ako maam ask ko lang if ano po best alternative na flour na available lang sa philippine market is it all purpose flour or bread flour po?

      Ciao Flur! Na miss kita hehe ☺️. Practice lang ng practice sis magiging close din kayo ng dough mo ☺️. Make sure na strong four ang gamit mo lalo na sa pag gawa ng mga bread and pizza dough para mas mabilis makapag absorb ng liquid at mabilis din ma develop ang gluten. Push lang sis 💪☺️

      Pwede mo itong ilagay sa freezer but make sure na nakalagay ito sa strong freezer bag at naka sealed completely to avoid freezer burn. Sa pag init naman hindi na sya kailangan i-defrost.     Any explanation why you are not using small nor big mixer advantage and dis advantage using mixer and hand kneading

      Ciao Rodstar! These are the advantages and disadvantages .
      For dough Mixer:
      Advantages:
      - Saves time and effort in mixing and kneading, as it is done automatically
      - Can handle large quantities of dough, and consistent result everytime.
      Disadvantages:
      - Expensive compared to hand kneading
      - Takes up a lot of storage space
      - Can overheat when operated for an extended period of time which can affect your dough.
      For Hand Kneading:
      Advantages:
      - Good exercise for your hands and arms
      - Can be done anytime and anywhere, as long as you have a flat surface and a bowl
      - Helps develop a feel for the dough, allowing you to adjust as needed
      Disadvantages:
      - Can be time-consuming and tiring, especially if you are making large quantities of dough
      - Inconsistent results if you are not experienced with kneading.
      - Requires practice to develop the proper technique.
      The choice between the two depends on your needs, budget, and personal preferences. Happy baking! ☺️
