A bit of a strange way to put it, but I remember as a kid, at one point, my younger brother could shoot better than me because my shots became more powerful than I could control. He would just put everything into his shot and it would be perfect whilst mine would go over the bar. Coutinho’s shots back then felt like that. He could absolutely smack it and you know it’s not going over, and will be just right.

City fan here but what a sensational player. Reminiscent of Suarez at Liverpool. Quite similar to Neymar in terms of skills but an even better shot accuracy. Pretty sure he has what it takes to be in the Ballon D'Or top 3 if he leaves Liverpool for Barcelona.

Sometimes a move to a so-called 'bigger' club isn't always what is best. Had he stayed at Liverpool, where he fit in perfectly, he would have had a much more productive career. He didn't live up to his big transfer fee at Barca and was loaned to Bayern. Sometimes making more money isn't the best answer.
