Billing hours for their Customer Circus Department is the reason Deere needs to take the shaft out of the swather to repair it. The farmer needs to remember that the trim on that seat is only going to be new once. Thanks for Your efforts to share all this Warren. Best Wishes to You and Your Family.
The seats in Cat Komatsu Deere are all made by the same company. We changed them out to a spring style and the opperators quit because their back hurt. This is after them breaking the seat every single day for weeks. The seats are $4-5k
I'd say slow down driving that tractor to fast people put it in gear and think they never have to slow down because they always put it in that gear well maybie the ground is ruff and also you have some big heavy guys on them seats not good also some people throw there self on the seats
i'm glad your back, life always take priority over everything else, but i do enjoy your content and opinions, thank you for taking the time to share your everyday workload with the rest of us.
Warren its shit when we get older eyesight and we just say what we are thinking and we dont give two shits about what folks think of us screw them great to see you back old fella
The way you're doing it it's probably a third or a quarter of the cost then taking the whole thing all out to do it that way. Definitely a lot better deal for the customer!! All the best from Surrey BC Canada
Just thinking about you a couple days ago, and here you are. Look like you had a good little helper on the seat project. That’s quite the time saver cutting the flights in half, I like the thinking. Thanks for the video, always enjoy watching your videos.
Gettin pissed at the rod sticking to the auger made me laugh so hard dude, i've never used stick but just watching that happen is irritating to watch but your reactions made it hilarious.
I'm late again. But like we say Life gets in the way. I enjoyed coming along for the ride. Off topic, my brothers got a 1973 BUICK Centurion Convertible I should be Reviving very soon. I'll try and record some of it and send it out. Thank You
Another Great Video, Warren. I have never used an air arc, I’m interested to try it. Could you run a plasma cutter off your welder? I’m sure it’s more of a space on the truck, like my pickup. I would like to carry more tools and equipment but I would need to pull a trailer. Thanks Again.
bud , i musta repairs over a dozen of those and similar , working on komatsu stuff . mostly buster wires even after "update kit" wuz installed . "fun" stuff
The same thing that happened warrens channel happened to ,,,Missing 411 David paulidus,,,,channel ,,,His channel was growing well and his views were about 80 to 120k per video,,,,He would get 2 or 3 hundred comments,,,,,,,,,,,But then he started sharing his political views,,,Which happen to be much the same as warrens,,,,He's a patriot and loves his country,,,,Overnight people were unsubed by the thousands,,,His views went down to 20k per video,,,His channel stoped growing,,,And now he gets as low as 9 comments per video,,,YT is as anti American ,,Anti patriot,,And woke as they come,,,,,
Isn't it a bitch when you get older and need glasses just about for everything, makes me so mad and frustrated.Always great video, keep them coming they are so interesting on how you carry out your work.
Hope you are doing ok Warren. Lookin forward to a new one soon. Went back and watched some of your first vids when you brought the wife on repairs with the small truck. Youve come a long way.
Hope your alright Warren and your just too busy with work, haven't heard from you for awhile, I see my comment has been removed from UA-cam by them again !! I've had problems with them on other channels, even tried three times on two channels and they've still took them down !!!! Hope this one stays up !!! Thank you as always for the video Warren.👍
We had an outside contractor come into our shop one time. They had to do some work on our overhead crane that had a 25T hoist and geez i forget the capacity of the smaller hoist that was on the same trolley. It served several Bays (railroad equipment) in our shop. Anyways i was shocked to see them hook their welder Ground to one of the pillars that supported the beam where both cranes moved together on a trolley system. I got one of our welder's and a Shop Foreman involved right quick to put a stop to that before they did any welding. I have no idea what the hell those guys were thinking to pull a stunt like that off or if they had done it before! Anyways they were made to haul the welder Ground cable way up there above the shop floor.
You have to be careful when welding on equipment and where you place your ground... the electricity has to go thru the bearings if you dont have it hooked directly to the work piece you are welding on and that will melt the rollers inside the bearings internally... ask me how i know lol
Some of these comments are kind of like turning on a movie half way and asking questions about the first-half. If you watched the previous video , Warren explained like he always does why he didn’t get a video out on time. He is crazy busy, one man getting his ass kicked daily dedicated to his work n family first, we come third period !!!!! By all means if you think you could keep up with his schedule, be his camera person, edit his videos and be a financial donor all in his 10-16 hour days he has, then he probably could put out a video every day, not !!!!
it's good to get down to earth information from the States foremost at the moment for me, but it's also good to see you Warren grapple a bolt which IS NOT going to get the better of you. I don't think one has yet. Love the common swear word, freedom of expression is important😂

Awesome video Warren!! What brand is that welding helmet?
That turtle you’re working over, has wear holes, should you wield the holes up? Or leave it? Thanks for entertaining us. St.Paul.?Minnesota.
I couldn’t have left that rivet😢
Warren, we're all concerned now. Please, if possible, let us know what it taking place. Your absence is very concerning for us. Thanks.
He's busy
🙂
The way JD has been pulling out of US it will get harder to get parts and trying to fix more junk to fix! The JD market share in US will plumet! IMO.
No it wont... Case/Fendt/Massey/Agco are all owned overseas and it just as easy as deere to get parts.
@crandonborth Farmers are pissed at JD for moving jobs overseas is my point. Thanks.

Hello Warren. I am not chasing content. I am just checking in to see if you are okay?
Hope all is well with you and yours?
Me too , Miss you Warren , hope you are ok my friend .
Working in cab is pita
You always do good vids but hate seeing an earth going through bearings causing pits , be ready to replace bearings next

Yes was always taught to keep the earth clamp as close to the weld as possible and not to go through gears or bearings for arcing on faces
So glad to see a video from you Warren great job
