The money you save. Let me say it again. The money you save.. People go to store pay a dollar for 1 bell pepper. When you can grow and get 15 bell peppers off 1 plant minimum. I know your videos are truly helping people to use their backyard.

Right now we must pay for 1kg red bellypeppers in Portugal which has a long growing season 3.89 Euro. It's 2 or 3 smaller once. People can not afford to buy them. Many have fields and I see they're coming back with the whole family to work on their property again which they left many years unused. They know times ahead are not looking good.

Man, I saw on the news, the line on the Interstate in Indianapolis lined UP for miles waiting to get food. I'm so glad I started my garden weeks ago! I got scallions roots in a cup, red mustard greens, collards, okras, watermelons, squash, etc. I'm growing things in pots first, and then transferring them into the ground. Cheryl organic gardening named her peach tree: "Leadfarmer73". I hope you and your family are safe in these "Corona streets". To me organic is just another word to sell things more expensive, I came along seeing planting being done with food scraps, animal manure, grass, leaves and that was the norm. As I got older I started hearing the term organic and free range and realized that these items are more expensive to buy. So I have all the items to start my own artificial free garden.

Good points. You're right my husband and I are in transportation and we pick up seeds that are grown "organically" all the time. In summary all organically grown means is that the FDA allows less of the chemicals in the non-organic foods. Like Lead said the only way is to grow the bad out like everything else. Thanks Lead you're appreciated.

Hey, I have some good news for you. While all of these break down, you can still have fresh veggies overwinter and into spring. Plant some spinach, lettuce, swiss chard, kale, collards, and possible Brussel sprouts in large quantities, and you can eat all winter and spring. You can also do asparagus berries and strawberries.
If you want to grow more food from grocery stores, green onions, celery, leeks, and potatoes work the best.
