Good morning Michael. Thank you very much. I enjoy spending part of the day at the beach filming them. You get to talk to a lot of interesting people. I hope you're having a good morning.
Dennis...that was the best ship viewing and filming...really great! I like those blue tugs...really sharp looking. Three dolphins jumped in front of the tug at about 4:12! Definitely a postcard moment. Thanks for showing all this...take care my friend
Good morning Mike. Thank you very much. I really enjoy filming the ships and getting the information. I was able to do this video fairly quickly as well with little extra work. No added narration. If you ever get to the fish from there or Charlie's pasture I'll come keep you company while I film ships. Definitely very relaxing. With the super high tides I bet you the water was really rolling over at Charlie's pasture when their ships came in. Hope you're doing well friend. Don't forget to get enough rest
Good afternoon. Thank you friend for taking the time to watch the video. It is a very relaxing way to spend a morning. Was able to clean out the back of my truck between ships. Talk to a lot of nice people. Watch the wildlife runaround. I highly recommend it.
I got new guys. Had to outsource to overseas. The last team was adding dolphins to my goose Island State Park videos when I was driving through the woods so I had to let them go.
Good afternoon Tom. I think the ships are my favorite thing to film. It's really relaxing to sit there for a few hours and see what comes by. I hope you're having a good day friend.
Good morning Dennis! What a great way to start the morning watching the ships come in and go out. I love seeing the Dolphins following the ships. When my husband and I come to port Aransas that is one of the things we like to do. You have a great day!
That is a great time. I'm only 10 minutes away and I won't go over there in the summer on the weekend. I'll sneak over on a weekday occasionally. I have a video from the beach tomorrow morning and you'll see it wasn't over crowded at all which was a nice surprise
My husband and I look forward to your videos. It's like we are there as well. We plan to say hello to you on our next visit. There are a couple of places in Rockport you drive by we would like to see. Enjoy the rest of your beautiful day by the ocean! The waves of the ocean are so relaxing 🙂
These videos of yours are always my favorite. These ships, and your information are fantastic. I had the pleasure of floating along a short distance with one coming out of Panama recently. Beautiful, massive. Thanks USA. Great video, Dennis.
Good morning Jamie. You know I looked up the ships that were coming on VesselFinder. Wrote down all the information and then I could record and talk at the same time without any narration. Made things a lot easier. Not much editing at all. And then put in the shorter clips and used two different recordings I made of the waves and looped them in throughout the entire video to give it some continuity. I was in line for the ferry for about eight minutes coming back and I was able to upload three videos in that time. Almost instantaneously. That I got back to Rockport and it probably took about two hours to upload a fourth one. While I was waiting for the ships I cleaned out the back of the truck and said hello to people and paid bills online and all that kind of fun stuff. Also the little ground squirrels were very entertaining. Thanks for checking out the video friend. I enjoyed your video this morning
@@dennis78382 sounds like you've got the filming and editing figured out pretty well for those! I've got to find ways to speed up my editing, been spending way too long on it sometimes lately. The chipmunk in you video is a lot bigger than the ones I see around here. Glad you're enjoying my deluge of train videos lol. Gotta get all of the Maryland ones out there before what I'm filming this weekend lol.
Good morning my friend!!! Love watching the shios and listening to the waves, great video. You are having some good weather, we got some rain last night, no hail no wind just a pleasant steady rain, it was nice hearing thunder. I now have 2 box's unpacked, but ive been in all of them as i had to cook pirk roast last week for tge resource center, so you live in your truck and im a box lady. I will get to it soon as the clutter bothers me and i wont want to look at it mych longer. I did manage to get pork juice all over the bottom of the oven, so now i get to clean it before I use it again which ill be cooking thursday so I better get busy. Have a great day Dennis
Good morning Thelma. I don't mess the packing and unpacking. I can take everything out of my truck in about five minutes and put it all back away neatly in about 10. I want that to be my limit for a quite a while. You'll get around to it as you need to friend and like you said you're always busy. Please make sure you're taking care of yourself and getting enough rest
Good morning Ralph. Probably leaving here and heading your way. From one side of the Gulf to the other. I'm talking about the ships. Not be. Hope you're having a great day.
Good morning to you Dennis and good evening from me! Wow that ships is HUGE!! Very interesting to hear about these vessels… 🛳 those dolphins jumping right out of the water with the tug were gorgeous!! Dennis what are those critters running around at the 4:50 mark?? I can’t work it out 😅 Great video as always my friend, great to see these incredible ships up close…… 🌻♥️🛳
Good morning friend. Those little buggers running around are ground squirrels. Very similar to a gray or red squirrel but without the tail. And they constantly chirp. I was surprised to see one over by the jetty. They are usually over in the Sandune's amongst the vegetation. Thank you so much my friend. I hope you had a great day.
@@dennis78382 ohhhh he was super fast!!! I thought it looked similar to a squirrel but not quite 😆😆 I have got my first coffee & im ready for a video 😆😆

Really enjoy ship watching. Do you use the free VF version or the upgraded pay version? I'm wanting to do an app for viewing at the Port of Freeport. Hope your day is good, looks like rain for you this morning.
Good morning Cheryl. I use the free version. I think it gives me enough information and I could always google each individual ship if I needed something else. Hope you're having a great day.
Good morning friend. When I was driving for Uber I would often pick up five guys from the ship. Countries from all around the world. Sometimes it would be to a grocery store to restock. Sometimes it would be to Best Buy of all places. From what I understand they were in allowed to bring liquor onto the boat but just about anything else. Sometimes I would take them to the mall or the gap store and they would come out with 20 pairs of blue jeans. Whatever was hard to get in the country that they originate. Hope you're having yourself a great day.
@@dennis78382 Wow!!! Interesting.... I could just imagine them getting to shop and get away from the ship for a while. This might be a good video. Thank you very much. Take care sir!!!

I've only seen dolphins ONCE in real life, when I was in Japan.
Pretty sweet. I when I lived in Maine we had seals and whales. I got to see whales in New Jersey and Delaware as well as dolphins.
