Many people grab snacks without considering food quality. But there are healthy vending options.
    Step 1: Choose a snack
Do you want something salty? Crunchy? Sweet? Decide which type of snack you're craving to make sure your choice will satisfy you.
Step 2: Pick a slim salty
If it's salt you're after, go for peanuts or beef jerky. Though high in calories, nuts provide the good kind of fat, monounsaturated, and their protein will make you feel fuller longer. Beef jerky is also high in protein. Just be aware that that both treats are also high in sodium.
    Step 3: Munch this crunch
Want something crunchy? Pretzels are a low-fat, low-calorie choice, though they may not keep you feeling full for very long because of their high carb content. Or get a single-serving bag of light popcorn or a package of cheese crackers; the former contains fiber and the latter has no trans fat. If you can't live without potato chips, look for baked ones.
    Step 4: Select a sweet
To satisfy a sweet tooth, look for low-fat cookies, licorice, fruit-flavored candy, or a fruit snack. Though high in sugar, they're low in fat. Avoid the chocolate mini-doughnuts; there's nothing mini about the 600 calories and 36 grams of fat some brands are packing!
    Tip
Trail mix, which combines nuts and dried fruit, is a good choice if you're craving salty and sweet.
Step 5: Sink your teeth into a "candy bar"
Craving a candy bar? See if there's a Payday, one of the few candy bars that gets a thumbs-up from some nutritionists because it's loaded with nuts. If not, go for an energy or protein bar. Though most are little better than candy bars, they do offer a slight nutritional advantage.
    Tip
If you want M&M's, choose peanut over regular so you get some of the good fat in the nuts.
Step 6: Look for 100-calorie packs
Not sure what you want? Try one of the 100-calorie pack options so that, whatever you choose, you'll limit the damage to your waistline.
    Step 7: Advocate healthy snacks
If your workplace has a vending machine, ask the employee in charge of ordering refills to consider providing more healthy choices, like dried fruit or whole-wheat chips or pretzels.
    Did You Know?
Americans eat 2 billion pounds of potato chips annually.

I find it funny that that they mention "if you're craving salt..." and then warn about high sodium. Salt is... good for that, right?

Usually, yeah. It would apply in a situation where you're hungry at work, school, rehearsal, theme parks, etc and you want to eat healthy (or healthier haha) but you don't have the opportunity to seek that out at that moment.

Beef Jerky has a crazy amount of sodium in it. I am surprised they even mentioned it considering many people have high blood pressure.

Fruits and vegetables are a tool for nutrition, they are not a bases for a nutrition plan however. For example, fruits allow your body to process vitamins and minerals (Along with other forms of macronutrients) more efficiently since they contain nutrients which most individuals are heavily deficient (Even if they take multi-vitamins). Either way, one must consume whole foods, and foods that are not processed in place of junk food to lose serious weight and gain serious muscle.

At first I was excited about this video, because I would like to know how to eat healthily from vending machines.
But I don't give a damn whether what I eat is "salty", "crunchy" or "sweet". I just want something to fill me up when I'm hungry. I can't believe they missed this seemingly obvious aspect. -_-

The nutrition label on the side of a package doesn't always tell you whether or not a food is healthy. First of all, process foods are almost never worth eating (Well over 99% of the time). In addition, you want about a 40%/30%/30% ratio of carbohydrates, protein, fats respectively. However, this should be adjusted based on physical activity, age, sex, history, stress levels, etc...
Always discuss a nutrition plan with a doctor prior to committing to it.

im not prescribing anything, i'm just introducing the basics of nutrition to weight gain or loss. Also, i never took a nutrition class (Besided joke health classes in high school). Notice how I recommended seeing a doctor prior to going on a nutrition plan.

Also, if you are trying to lose weight. It's a peace of cake (lol). Simply consume around 500 less calories per day than you burn. Take your weight, multiply it by 20, then subtract 500. Or you can do one of the calorie burning calculators. Then, if you arn't losing weight lower the calorie intake by 200-250 until you begin losing weight. Speak to a health care provider prior to losing weight, or doing anything physical for that matter.

Also, he doesn't understand the difference between internal and external rotation exercises. In addition, P90x doesn't base the exercise program to the consumers needs, and the program is nothing but an injury risk.
You also fail to understand that GPP is a tool, not an entire workout routine. You should add full body movements, core training (Not crunches/sitting on your ass), stretching AFTER your workout, etc... Please specify the reasons you use a treadmill for further assistance.
