This video was pointless. I've installed the windows update assistant twice. It said it'll restart my PC 30mins after the progress bar reached 100%... it never did. I don't know what to do after that point
Could come down to windows itself have you done file integrity scans. Windows trouble shooting for updates. Maybe there is something physically wrong with the computer.
every time I have used it, it has downloaded in seconds... maybe your internet speed is slow or you are not on the official Microsoft website? RAM speed could also be slow causing slow download times. Internet could have also been slow on the ISP side too.
Its takes so much time mann ! Step 1 and 2 is done within 20 minutes but the step 3 takes about 4 hours for me !

Thanks. Remote client machine just cannot be coaxed into updating, looks this is a winner.
True man. Sometimes its easier to just use this when you have errors or need to update a really old Windows machine.
