Proper movement technique also helps reduce the subtle acceleration when moving your wrists so fast as acceleration is bad. This is a very physics-based game so it's actually good understanding how physics work so you can move your arms in such a way that is likely to be efficient. Perhaps slow-motion high-fps footage of yourself playing a fast level would aid in understanding the physics better and would help optimise your movement. Keep in mind that I mean movements of no more than a few centimeters. can't imagine someone actually swinging their arms around like crazy and actually completing this level - too much force and energy would be needed obviously.

He just burned 65 calories in 5 minutes. You'd only need to play at this level for 4 and a half hours to burn a literal pound of fat. Now think about how much practicing this probably took.
Im not sure whats scarier, the fact you could burn that many calories by playing this song or the fact this guy had the endurance to do that (and I am aware he probably didn't practice that much in one day, but take into consideration the amount of times he probably failed right at the end, im sure it would add up over time)

You'd only need to play at this level for 4 and a half hours to burn a literal pound of fat.
Now think about how much practicing this probably took.
Im not sure whats scarier, the fact you could burn that many calories by playing this song or the fact this guy had the endurance to do that (and I am aware he probably didn't practice that much in one day, but take into consideration the amount of times he probably failed right at the end, im sure it would add up over time)
