Believe it or not, greyhounds have very little indoor energy. Would you consider this a plus or a minus?

The lower energy level can be a solid plus if your house is not a high energy home. My grey is a serious velcro dog always wanting to make sure he knows what I am doing and where I am. It is also refreshing for visitors to see a calm dog greet them at the door instead of an overly excited one typical of other breeds.
Yes, visitors are always charmed by Lily’s good manners.
Mine follows me like a shadow.
That’s sweet 🤩
Your forgetting gas time- 😂!
Guilty as charged! Another viewer caught my lapse, as well!

Yeah lazy “as “ indoors unless it’s near feeding time! It’s like putting new batteries into a hyperactive toy !!😂
Nice and calm, except for zoomies time!
Funny enough, my girl expresses her energy a lot more inside my home than she does outside. Sure, she gets excited to go to the park and on walks, but once there, she’s super well behaved, except for the rare zoomies at the park.
That’s interesting! Just goes to show that each one is unique.
My grey does follow me everywhere!! 4 months in and he is a Velcro boy still. Will that change with age?
Your the alpha- should lessen with time- but my little one wakes out of a deep sleep when I open fridge!
😁 4 and 3 years with my two and going to the toilet still isn't a solitary experience. Sighthounds be sighthounds, I couldn't imagine an 'unexamined life', now...❤
I think he’ll stay Velcro. I’m assuming you encourage him.
Love their lazyness
Hey, they work very hard being in a different position every time we look at them!
Henlo Lily N Lily'z Humom! 👋 My Humom considerz my lazinessez a plus xcept when she tripz overz me cuz I layz around likez a "dead dog". 🙄 Big tail wagz ~ Xander Greyhound 🐾
I’m wondering if Xander lays on the rug a lot, out of his bed. My dogs always do that in warm weather.
@@GreyhoundHomecare Sometimes but not very often. He loves his soft comfort! My Danes used to lay on the tile floors in warm weather. 😬 ~ Kristine
Peaches used to love laying on our cement patio, when it was sunny. She was a small, light dog, though.
