Dear Sir. I am confused. I thought that the STEYX function (standard error of the y-values for each x-value) returns the standard deviation already. Is this standard error in this case scenario not the same as standard deviation? If so, I think one should NOT use the formula sd=SE*SQRT(N). Please confirm.
I don't think it's a right method to calculate LOD and LOQ? Standard deviation calculation totally confusing. I have LDI MS peaks intensity in low concentration values. How can I calculate SD, LOD and LOQ?
more samples = more deviation (because of sqrt*n), higher LOD and less precision? is it have any sence? More samples = better precision in classical statistic....

@@chemist_isi Even, if you omit the first number, still you will get LOQ higher than the first point of the curve. There is something wrong here.
