- Welcome back my little spoons!!! On today's episode I got to do my first ever collaboration! Michelle has been a dear friend for many years and has been my UA-cam mentor. To thank her for everything I decided to make a homemade pumpkin pie! This recipe is super easy to make and tastes better than the store bought kind, in my opinion of course.

PRE-HEAT AT 400 DEGREES
Ingredients:
(2) Cups of pureed (canned or fresh baked pie pumkin puree)
(1) 12 oz can of evaporated milk
(2) Eggs
(3/4) Cup Packed Brown Sugar
(1/2) Tsp ground cinnamon
(1/2) Tsp Nutmeg
(1/2) Tsp Salt
(1/4) Tsp ground clove
(1/4) Tsp ground ginger
Whipped Cream:
(1) Cup of heavy whipping cream (35%)
(2) Tbsp of confectionery sugar (Sifted)
(1/2) Tsp Vanilla Extract

Thank you for the recipe, I'm terrible at baking but I'm going to try it out once the weather finally cools down where I live. Michelle's mask is so cute! A little hard to hear her but would prefer she not have an allergic reaction for sure.

I wish I could crochet in a friends kitchen and be rewarded with pie. Not a baker but I will happily crochet a pumpkin pie amigarumi or something, so I just need a baking friend who wants that 😂

Here from Michelle's channel! Really loved collaboration. I also have allergies to pumpkin but only when cleaning it out and it gets on wrists and hands. Once it's cooked I'm fine. Can she eat it once it's cooked? 😢That's a terrible thing to miss out on especially for someone who loves fall!
