I did my intergraded MSC in mathematics from Jadavpur university in 90's and here watching this lecture to make sure I can discuss with my son on statistics and ML (who is in 1st year CS/ IT in NIT). Sir has explained very well as he has included excercise also. This course is also very useful and needed to have in depth knowledge in ML in my organization. Once this course is completed will check whether can understand MIT 6.041 Probabilistic Systems Analysis and Applied Probability, Fall 2010 and any standard book. Probability and Statistics has become very important subjects in today's job market. Suggestion to young generation as an IT executive, it might take 2/3 years to have decent amount of knowledge in statistics and ML, please do not leave in between, keep on working hard till you are convinced yourself about your skill

Sir ... Like you explained the 3rd point of binomial as probability of each trial must be same what if its is not same but the other two cases satisfies can't we use binomial distribution right there in such case?
