i really enjoyed this day. i feel like a lot of my other vlogs involve spending money to do something for yourself and i just wanted to show that there are free ways of taking yourself out. however, self care is much deeper than just going out, it’s showing up for yourself every time, even when you don’t feel your best. i hope you guys are doing great, stay tuned for more and take care my lil eunoia’s.
