To add to Dr. Cy's review: I bought these recently for 60 euros in cool matcha color because I like the model and color. My feet are spoiled by soft shoes like the novablast 3 but these Gel Excite 10 are really good with an immaculate 1:1 fit and good cushion thats not hard or soft, its medium. You dont feel like youre wearing a shoe at all because of how light they are and the upper is very soft and forgiving
The supernova is firmer, more stable and probably tougher so I feel it will make a better gym shoe. Since running will be occasional I will go for that. The gel excite 10 is a better runner.

@@itsme3550 They are better than expected! They got great cushioning and it looks stylish. It performs exactly as described (tbh it's better than it got described). It's great for long 12km walks as well as short 4-8km jogs. They feel like you are walking on a medium-soft Carpet. They also boost you while running, because of the shape. I highly recommend them, especially since it costs just around €60.
@@LokumYT yeah i actually picked them up by now myself but as these are my first running shoe im not sure how to judge them as i have nothing to compare them to but they feel good to me. Im a beginner runner myself so eventually i plan to upgrade to a pair thats more pricey when my milage increases, as of now im only at 3 mile so im very new to this. Im 110kg currently so im hoping to get healthier and lose weight.

I used to weigh 112kg, but when I started jogging consistently, I understood what athletes mean when they said "just start" and that you wiil can become "addicted" to exercising in a short time. Trust me, just start, and you'll become addicted within 3 days to a week. Once you start seeing results, you dont wanna stop anymore.

One thing with running shoes is that your choice depends on your preferences. Like in this case for instance, the Gel excite 1o is lighter, faster and likely more durable. On the other hand the switch run is more comfortable but heavier. Because I love cushion I will chose the switch run.
These are a great value and I am getting the trail version soon, love the latest Asics

Different shoes for different individuals. I wouldn't use them past 12k. But I've seen people run marathon in the UA Hovr sonic.
