They forgot to add lack of sleep to the list. Sleep is how your body repairs itself and even if you eat right and exercise, if you don’t get enough rest it’s worthless.
I became a vegetarian and quit smoking and my congestive heart failure and high blood pressure reversed. Also Jesus saved me 😊❤
The food industry contributes mega bucks to keep sugar off that list for sure.
