Had to add a little more. Adulting doesn't have to be constant (I'm 31 years old). My daughter doesn't like being embarrassed by me! I'm the one at my school who uses my lunchbreak to participate in field day (with water slides!). But I also had to recognize when I was doing too much. I am with ya on the pigging out. I usually feel like utter crap! You're not alone! That's also funny that you're starting to get tired around 9-ish. All symptoms point to adulting! It sucks so bad sometimes but we do what we gotta do! Can't wait for next vlog!

I too am guilty of thinking I jam way more in to a time frame then I actually can. I then over do myself get stressed trying accomplish it and then feel like a failure when I don't! I am working on that part of me and also I am a massive people pleaser to my detriment. BTW my dog Rascal also gets "grumpy" when he is ready to sleep and growls when people or other pets disturb him!

I prioritise up to 2 important things to do everyday and if something doesn't get done today there's always tomorrow. Any extra things that get done are always a bonus. I find this to be a more stress free approach. I don't know how you get so much energy to do 10 to 20 things per day Caleb. It's way to much. So slow down maybe?
