Irina, I can't describe how appreciative I am of your content. You have introduced an entirely new world of artists to me and I am loving each of them. Thank you!
Hi there I met Jeanette one day when I was buying yarn in Edinburgh where am from at Brunts field knits maybe 24 years ago as I was knitting their free poncho pattern for my niece who was pregnant with her daughter who is nearing 24
It was so wonderful listening to Jeanette talk about all of the wonderful things she has done...how exciting and a once in a lifetime opportunity to go to Buckingham Palace! I will be sure to check out her patterns
Hi Irina, I heard you mention that you use tape to mark where you are on a pattern, well I’ve found a great way to do that… I print my patterns out on A4 paper and keep them in plastic folders. I have a magnetic ruler and metal board which I bought many years back for working on tapestry charts. I slip the metal board behind the page I’m working on and move the ruler on to my next row. I do a lot of colourwork so often work from charts. It’s great. Just thought I’d share that with you. You always have interesting guests by the way.❤Angela
A wonderful, inspiring interview.Thank you Jeanette and Irina for finally having the time to make this happen.Always fascinated at the twists and turns our lives take and where that next path leads to..in our fibre/making (and life journeys).Travel safe and never stop being curious, brave and fearless.Go well🙏❤️👋🦘🌏🐨🌱xx
