    Great idea - using the rosemary as a basting brush.

      Thanks Mike. Appreciate you saying that. After finishing this edit I thought it felt like the best video and recipe we’ve made so far. It’s all about the practice. 👍👍

    Wow that is a great video and the prime rib roast was on point Jared! That rotisserie grill does look pretty cool too. But that moment when you carved into it was perfect!

      Lol $2200 you are paying for the Heston name slapped on some stamped steel. Just make a tiny fire pit and get yourself an electric Rotisserie kit, and use the left over $2000 on tasty meats.

    We have one, could you cook a whole chicken? I've attempted it, but haven't had much success in terms of being tender without being raw. Thanks! Love your videos

      For sure. I bet you’re get a beautiful crispy skin on the outside too. Rotisserie chicken was one of the first videos we ever made so you could try adapting that recipe to the Hub. ua-cam.com/video/X-ZUtJsFj9s/v-deo.html

    I would have crustified the bones on the bbq (burnt ends on a stick) especially since the prime rib turned out so good.

    Am I right in thinking you can’t adjust the height while cooking? i.e. you have to remove the spit/skewer first?

    Your local farmer got great cows. We only have lean cows here in Philippines. 0% fat.

    did you add more charcoal along the way or was it just that ones from the start of the cook? I kept on getting flare up. Thank you for sharing! SUB

    • @BBQandBottles
      @BBQandBottles  3 роки тому +1

      I added more charcoal. Make sure you’re cooking indirect fire this except the final sear on the roast - you should avoid flare ups that way.

    Do they have an option to buy a lid for the grill so you can use it as a smoker ?

    How to make $100 worth of good beef taste like baloney, stuff it full of garlic and salt and pepper.
