1. Is this usb cable is used for rgb only or it is compulsory to use?
2. My laptop has only one trrs jack for headphone with mic. I need a splitter but I think the splitter will create problems while connecting it to my laptop/phone. Am I right?
3. How can i record internal sound of a game + Sound of my mic + listen sound of the game using Az screen recorder and Xrecorder
4. Are these headphones still working properly after 2 years of purchase?

you should be able to do that, pcs and laptops have both jacks
if your laptop have 2 in 1, 5mm jack combo then you have to get splitter, If you have both ports than no need

Install the realtek HD audio drivers for your PC and check if there is a realtek sound manager if it is there then alright you're all set up
