ബ്രഡ് ഉപയോഗിച്ച് എളുപ്പത്തിൽ ഒരു സ്നാക്ക് /Crispy Bread Pakoda

Bread pakoda
Ingredients
White bread - 3
Onion - 1
ginger - 1.5 tbsp
Curry leaves and coriander leaves chopped - A handful
Green chilly - 3 to 4
Rice flour - 3 teaspoon
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Kashmiri Red chilli powder - 1 tsp or more ( If ordinary chillipowder take half teaspoon )
Asafoetida(kayam podi ) = 2 pinch (Optional )
salt -1/4 tsp
water for soaking Bread
Any oil for Frying . - 150 ml oil

ഇത് കലക്കി....തിമിർത്തു....കിടുക്കി !! എപ്പോഴും ബ്രെഡിന്റെ last രണ്ടു മൂന്ന് പീസ് ഫ്രിഡ്ജിൽ 'rusk' പോലെ ആകുന്നതു വരെ ഇരിക്കും....എന്നിട്ടു അതെടുത്തു കാക്കയ്ക്ക് കൊടുക്കുകയാ പതിവ്...ഇനി മുതൽ ഇത് ട്രൈ ചെയ്യാം .... അയ്യോ പാവം കാക്കകൾ...പട്ടിണി ആകുമെല്ലോ !! 😉👌😊😁
