Mass weddings at International Pentecost Holiness Church: 41 couples wed in Silo

The International Pentecost Holiness Church held mass weddings at their headquarters in Silo, Zuurbekom, Westonaria on Sunday, 8 September. Forty-one couples, including those marrying for the first time and those entering into polygamous marriages, participated. The marriages were blessed by His Grace, Comforter Frederick Leonard G. Modise.
One of the newlyweds was Khola Phalatse, who plays the bass guitar for Joyous Celebration and was tying the knot with his bride Malebo Phalatse. Joyous Celebration co-founders Dr Lindelani Mkhize and Jabu Hlongwane also attended the mass wedding ceremony.
