If you can study for a longer time, go for a 50-minute study, 10 break, I think you will like it.

I try to stay focus but I just get distracted......
Any tips for it?
Me same! I think we can prolong our break time to compensate the distraction, but make sure it is still measured. I usually go with 10 minutes break and 20 minutes study if I’m not in the mood for studying 😀🤭
