It depends on how damaged it is. Usually really damaged hair just needs to be cut. But yeah it can help with reviving your hair and thickening it too ❤️

Try mint green you can plant it in a pot and you can use oil of your choice and put on low fire to heat let it cool and putbit in a spray bottle if you can't use Rosemary I make mybown oil
