Its not you, lower end hardware is having alot of stuttering issues with the game when exploring new areas, going back to old areas seem fine. I also have problems with the Ray tracing setting getting bad stuttering issues as well with the compiled shaders. Turning off Ray Tracing seems to help.
if you're just looking at this footage. the FPS is variable and not locked 60/120 while youtube outputs 60fps. If they don't match then video won't look as smooth. I haven't played the game yet but heard there's slight stutters when you use a traversal/teleporter

This expected pc port game made an exceptionably powerful and smooth.

Yeah I hear it the game even with a tough GPU. I see it here, but i want to try it on a SSD myself.

Expect 120 frames and 4k
It looks noticeably better than the PS5 in some areas, especially lighting, shadows, and water puddles.
