That fact that Conor is so open about his mental health issues is incredible. It's so important to open up that conversation and talk about it and with a band like Nothing But Thieves, even though they aren't as big as some bands, they have a very close relationship with their fans and a lot of us find refuge in their music so hearing something like this come from one of the band members, it makes us feel less alone and I hope that our love for their music makes them feel the same. ❤

This kind of honesty really means the world to me... and he's so right about the stigma, so speaking up about it is extra brave and I just know it can help so many people...
I've struggled with severe mental illness for about 8 years and it makes you feel quite alone after a while... so I'm always just incredibly thankful for people speaking up and being honest about it.
I hope Conor's taking good care of himself and I'm glad he has friends to talk to and went to get help when he needed it.

But I always have looked up to him and this mental health issues... it really scares me. I am just thankful that he has good friends to help him go through. be open to your family and friends.
Oh, his laugh. I just want to hug him! This is so great, though, honestly. I'm just starting to figure out who I really am (same age as him) and learning to let go of the crippling thoughts and just move on to hopefully better things. I haven't had a good year this year (except discovering NBT) and I'm just working to get through it. Some days are good, some are bad.
One of my favorite bands
I absolutely love everything about this kid. I recently discovered this band and I can’t get enough. Music is so important to me. This is my go to band lately. I suffered with depression for many years. I didn’t realize when I was going through it that it was my circumstances causing. My circumstances changed and I’m so happy now. I’m glad Conor got through his depression. He is a beautiful soul.

You're very brave man to talk about your mental health issues there's nothing worse than feeling like you're drowning and you can't get out the situation that you're in or you can't sleep at all but I'm glad you're on the road to recovery and you managed to get help keep up the good work

When he talks about the second album being one where they all found their sound, I get that. He's just... UGH. We're seeing them again in the fall. They're amazing live.
