Substitutions included 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar, canned diced tomatoes, dried parsley and rosemary. Following your directions made for succulent short ribs that my hubby loved. Next I'll try the stuffed crabcakes. 😋

Okay lady!! I made this tonight for dinner and it turned out so scrumptious!! It was incredible!! It was done by 6pm and GONE by 6:15!!.....my picky eater finished first!!! I followed everything just like you did except. I forgot the garlic from the store. But wow!! 🙏
Made today. Great recipe. Tastes great although there is confusion over the temperature. In writing it says bake at 400f for 1.5 hours, but in the video it says you raised the temperature after 1 hour to 400. I recommend seasoning the meat the night before because the sauce is amazing but if you remove the meat from the sauce, it doesn't retain the good flavor so well. Tammy recipes are great. Highly recommend.
