Layover in Singapore - Things to do in Singapore for a day

Trip starts from LAX Airport to Singapore. There is a 12 hour layover in Singapore which majority of the time during the day. So I went on a day trip starting early morning and spending majority of the time in the city before heading back to the Airport again in the evening.
The video goes over in detail the way I travelled between terminals to get out of the airport and into the Singapore subway called MRT before exploring the city.
Few places visited include Marina Bay, Merlion Park, Gardens at the Bay, Marina Bay Sands, Buddha Tooth Relic Temple, Little India, Sultan's Mosque, Haji Lane, Jewel at the airport, and a lot more.
It is easy to get in and out of the city on your own as long as you have cash and credit card to use and also if you have cell phone service to view maps and help you navigate the subway and the streets. You can explore the city reasonable without spending a lot going in the subway and enjoy local food and drinks while exploring local tourist spots.
