HATSUREI HO is one of the techniques within the Reiki system, for practitioners. This is a method for generating greater amounts of spiritual energy within yourself.

ho - method
This method cleanses the body using energy, in turn allowing for a greater flow of energy through the body. In some branches of Reiki, Hatsurei Ho is initially broken into different techniques and taught separately.
