How does it do on the plastic tuner buttons? I'd be interested in trying it on non-vintage yellowed or finger-grime engrained tuners - sometimes cleaners & solvents don't work and sanding never looks right.
it works fairly well on knobs but you can give them a light sand (400 grit) then buff them.
