I'm heartbroken seeing this squalor. I've seen this too in Haiti , some depressed African countries. The filthy mindset , throwing trash , garbage , refuse, waste indiscriminately anywhere where children play , people walk and pass by. Poverty is not an excuse or reason to despise cleanliness or beauty. This is called LAZINESS , UGLINESS OF MIND . CRIME follows easily then DISEASE. NOBODY IS ENCOURAGED TO EXTEND HELP. This is the sector one wishes would disappear, they are not helping themselves to improve their lot , change their conditions. These human condition is also prevalent and growing in America .
Poverty is the main reason, people just doin shii to live kids been divin to the garbage, to take some valuable trash or recyclable trash and for them to sell that in junkshops
i don't see a slum or poverty; i see people struggling to cope with an unnatural system of life forced on them. People there should get out of the towns & cities & go back to a human existence. it can still be done there ✌🙂✌
