My name is Bailey and I am a Medical Reiki Master, Certified Nurse Practitioner, and Certified Yoga Instructor. I made this channel to share my knowledge of complimentary healing and wellness practices to help you gain relaxation and healing. I hope you enjoy!
This video is an AMSR and distance Reiki healing session that I made with the intention to help reduce any pain, cramping or discomfort you maybe experiencing during your period or during the bleed portion of your moon cycle. This session will also focus on any mental or emotional stressors that can accompany your period. I will also incorporate the Golden Thread breathing technique to help your relax.
Please find a comfy place to rest, relax, let go and let the Reiki energy flow.
Reiki is not a replacement for medical treatment so please consult your health care provider for any new or worsening symptoms.

Oh my gosh, this was an actual lifesaver 🥺❤ even with pain meds and a heating pad I was in so much pain I felt like I was dying, and after putting this on loop the pain disappeared and I fell right asleep 🥺❤ no other period pain reiki videos have ever worked that perfectly for me! thank you!!!! 🥺❤❤❤

Have been crying all morning and in such awful pain in my abdomen, back, hips and legs. I have a chronic pain disorder so my periods are horrific and spread to a lot of my body. This instantly made me feel so calm and so relaxed. As I was falling asleep, my pain went down alot and I woke up with none. This is literally a lifesaver! Will be watching this everytime I have cramps 💜

wow thank you so much. i woke up at 4am with bad period cramps and i couldn’t find any medication. i felt so sick and weak and couldn’t fall asleep again…after few minutes of this video i felt very tired and relief and i just fell asleep and slept through. thank you!!!🌼

@@baileybarbourreiki yes anything for relief - my first two or three days are so difficult - I am a Reiki enthusiast so I HAD to try. Tried it twice - fell asleep again the second time. Maybe one day I will hear the video all the way through. Haha
Falling asleep is actually a sign that your body is receiving the Reiki energy because it means your “flight or fight” nervous system has turned off and your “rest and digest” nervous system is working. And the “rest and digest” nervous system is the best state for healing to take place in the body ☺️
