Lexi, you got me at the beginning with “writing a book in my head”. I don’t interact often with my friends, even though, when we meet we can’t stop talking, so yes, I just diseappear sometimes like Gandalf, Dumbledore or Merlin (I’ll give him a place there). Pile 2. I chose it because usually Amber is the last stone I choose, or any warmer stone really; because I'm a Leo, Leo's are always associated with the warm stones and colors, but I actually dislike warm tones and prefer cool tones aesthetically like greens, blues, purples, etc. So there's a misjudgment on me being Leo, and just me in general from a lot of people. They assume I fit in this little box of what a Leo is described to be, or what I present as, like you said in the video with the bubble. In reality though, if someone earns my trust to be let in or figures out how to get past the bubble, I'm a lot different. One of the many reasons you can't judge someone on their outward appearance or their sun Zodiac, you have to know them to form an opinion and take their rising sign and moon sign, etc, into account. For me, not even those explain me enough imo. 😅
There's an old TV show from the 90s/y2k early years called One Tree Hill with a character named Peyton who describes herself as, "A riddle wrapped in a mystery inside a bitch" and if that doesn't describe me, I don't know what does. 😂

Omg lexi what is working for you? I had very bad pmdd I’m on my last day it’s just torture xxx I’m just back from a sun holiday it did me wonders
I gave up dairy as well that has helped me loads
Magnesium supplements. Eating protein for breakfast (helps lower cortisol in the body, my nervous system is very disregulated which makes Pmdd worse). Been drinking ginger, apple cider vinegar, lemons, tumeric, with water and drinking on empty stomach (helps pcos). Cutting down on processed sugar. So far this has helped the most 💛💛💛 along with celery juice, and the goddess teas by imannss which I’ve been doing for a little while. So sorry to hear you are experiencing this too and hope your symptoms ease soon 🫂 sending lots of love! 💛💛
