singdam def. vulneable to spinning hook kicks been ko twice by it. thats the good thing about foreigners in muay thai is usually they started in other kicking martial arts and do non traditional moves in muay thai fight.

Saw singdam's right hand dropping some of the time, as usually thai fighters are very relaxed didn't think much of it. Boy , was I wrong. Amazing kick by Kazbek!! No one saw that coming specially that early in the fight.
On a different subject how did he not fall with this kick 4:16? Anybody knows his technique? I've seen him taking even harder hits and not falling. Singdam still one of the best Muay Thai fighters ever.

If you loke closely apart from having an incredible balance, muay thai fighters tend to put their entire weight on the leg that is standing if the rival fighter grabs their leg if they have kicked. I think that is what they do, I don't know anything about muay thai, I'm just a karate and kickboxing retard lol

it was actually a shit spinning hook kick coz ive seen really fast ones, it was standard. singdam should've just hard blocked it or head kick evasion i guess thais still arent used to the special kicks yet

this was a BIG upset.
in Singdam defense, i would have NEVER expected a roundhouse this early, or any time in Muay Thai. that be some Kickboxing right there. and, he probably miscaculated how far he can reach with his legs. you can tell Singdam was going to dodge it, but got clipped.
in the end, good job on Kazbek Kabulov for throwing in that trump card. nothing but gold fighters in YOKKAO. (＾＾ )ゞ
It would be a big upset for Singdam's side indeed, however the spinning backheel was actually part of Ancient Muay Thai's kick tho. Also If you're talking about why Singdam release his roundhouses early it was because it's only 3 round match
it WAS an upset. using a roundhouse in the first round against a veteran of Muay Thai is pretty risky. and, thanks for that info on the roundhouse. i know it's in Muay Thai, but to be used early in the round, is quite surprising. like how it caught Singdam. just because it's 3 rounds, doesn't mean you have to use everything. especially a roundhouse in almost center ring. a minute in a fight is VERY long, from a contender point of view. Muay Thai is a dangerous fighting style. that's why it's at 3 rounds. it don't need that many rounds to prove who's the winner.

Oh I forgot to tell you sth, there's a types of fighting style in MT including Muay Fimeu like Saenchai, Namsaknoi, Muay Khao like Petboonchu also there's a boxer type like tengnueng who try to knockout his opponent soon after the bell rang and there's aggresive pusher type. So it's not uncommon to see a Thai release their roundhouse in early round, you could watch Sittichai vs Yi Long tho, currently Sittichai is #1 lightweight fighter in the world
