Chest high, head still, trunk slight forward tilt, high pelvis...(arms going back n forth, elbows bent, palms open, thumbs high)...driving...knee action, breathing pattern. Forcing a higher pelvic thrust on t knee drive, reaching forward, even higher action, allowing more power development from t glutes, hamstrings, quads n calves, reacting uniformly wth t arms like pistons, generating incredible dynamic velocity, giving longer length per stride. In effect shorten t distance, faster movement, quicker pace. Finding t 'just enough' ratio, tied in unison to a breathing pattern (e.g.. swimmers, three strokes per breath) 4-5-6 strides per breath... By this it seemed as if he's not decelerating rather, re-accelerating or 'holding' maximum velocity n just whn he starts to decelerate he's crossing t finish line. This is shown wth Usains world record run, Where he actually pulled up, but it looked as if he could've 'held' tht maximum top end thrust... he reached much earlier...(60-70-80mtr mark) to come in at a faster time, but as shown he was satisfied wth where he was in t race and ddnt need to hold tht velocity drive any longer then necessary to win tis race.
