This is the type of dog that I need for my life. As soon as I close on my house, I'm finding a pwd.
Beautiful Dog !!
Thank you very much!
My First Portie, Male, Gambit maxed iouyt at 57 LB but My second Portie, Linus , Male is 71 LB. Vet says he is not fat at all, but very muscular. Hes a hunk!
Beautiful dog. Do they shed much?
This breed does not shed
Does not look like she is trained to walk on a leash.
Interesting. My girl is 65 pounds.
Why is she behaving that way😢 i have had a lot of dogs and some of them were rescues and the ones that were abused acted the way she is acting. I hope that is nit the case but she is acting very fearful.
She looks scared. Keeps cowering.
What happens when they don’t get exercise…
That is not a happy dog.
SOMEONE HAS BEEN BEATING ON THAT DOG‼️ A EXPERIENCED DOG BEHAVIORIST CAN TELL‼️
Cleary that dog is afraid of someone....
I'm concerned by that dog's body language. I've had 3 PWD's for 30 years, and that ducking and fearfulness is not normal. I do not like to see this behavior, reeks of mistreatment.
These guys look like amateur backyard breeders or worse. They demonstrate a lack of knowledge about the breed. They certainly know nothing of breed standards or grooming. This dog is NOT representative of a typical Portuguese Water Dog. Well-bred Porties aren’t nervous or anxious. Horrible to see how fearful “Shelby” was in this video. She looks like she’s been mistreated or abused.
