So crazy how a man is like a mattress. My thickness and firmness fluctuates as well. And it definitely creates a difference in feeling for my wife. Great review!
Thanks for the review. I've been considering one of their mattresses. Currently, they're running a "Pre-Memorial Day Sale" with $600 off all mattresses. According to the timer on the site, the sale ends in about six hours, but I've seen them run other promotions for a $600 savings on all mattresses. What I wanted to ask you is did you return this (or, any other) mattress to them? If so, how did you handle it? Did you call them and they picked it up for free? (It seems that was an option for customers, at the time this video was published, based on your comments.) This video is just over a year old. Currently, on the Latex for Less site, they still offer the 120-night trial. However, on their "Returns" page, it reads: "If after 30 days you decide that the Latex For Less Mattress is not for you, you may return it for a full refund of your purchase price. *Simply box the mattress for shipping* and we will arrange for curbside pickup." (emphasis mine) Since their latex mattresses arrive compressed and sealed, I knew I couldn't use the original packaging to return a mattress. So, I contacted the company and asked where one might find a box large enough and sturdy enough to ship a queen or king mattress and the response was they offer a concierge mattress removal service for $99. Obviously, that's not a truly "free" return policy. (Although, it's convenient and not unreasonable for a 120-night trial.) I responded and asked if I'd still be able to return a mattress, if I were able to find a box that's adequate. The company responded that would be fine and that I'd have to supply a bag, box, tape, etc.
Oh that's so strange. I've never heard of them making you send it back! Usually the company has someone come pick it up at your house. They try to donate them to nonprofit organizations. Or it gets taken to the dump. Most mattress companies don't want to deal with or handle a returned mattress. It's expensive and they have to find a way to clean and sell them...
Not only do they make you box it back up, it also has to be wrapped in plastic. You have to take photographs of it and get approval first. They also will order you the shipping label and tell you they set up a pick up but then they didn’t really and you have to call and set up the pick up with FedEx. They will offer you $600 to keep the $1800 mattress, no thank you I don’t wanna spend $1200 on a mattress I don’t. Then they write you an email after you return it and say if it smells bad or they think it’s not going to make that much money in a resale market, then they aren’t going to give you all your money back. I highly suggest not buying from this company unless you have a lot of money you want to blow.
@@cjdflkj Well, for reasons I can't figure out, UA-cam removed my last comment and gave me a Community Guideline violation. So, I'll try again. In short, I decided against buying from Latex for Less, as the Better Business Bureau website shows that Latex for Less is not BBB Accredited and their Customer Review Rating is only 1.29 out of 5.00. There are 14 customer complaints available for review.

thank you!
I appreciate that you showed the firm side. Thank you.
Laytex for less is a scam. Ripped me off !!!
The mattress would have been good if the cover was removable. Too bad.
When it's quilted the covers aren't removable but it also means that it won't get wrinkled or stretched out on the bed.
