Kawaii craft kits are back by popular demand :)! Btw this was the compilation I mentioned in my clear pva slime video, it was originally scheduled for Sept 1st but I managed to finish it earlier so I'm excited to upload it now! It features three very different types of crafting, and could hopefully be interesting if you're thinking of starting something new. Resin crafting is surprisingly simple yet satisfying to do, and it's a great way to distract you from any stress that might be piling up as the new school cycle begins. Needle felting is, of course, equally therapeutic since you get to stab away all your anger ;D, however it has a slightly longer learning curve. It's actually not technically that difficult but requires a lot of patience. Even a small piece like a leg can take 10-20 mins of continuous poking to complete.

❤️crafting always helps me, i have severe anxiety and sometimes just going to the post office to drop off a letter is a stressful process. i definitely recommend crafting to those of you who have anxiety because of all the reasons above and more, trust me you will realize the benefits!

this is so true. sometimes when i'm anxious or sad i cross stitch. its so time consuming and slow and requires a lot of concentration so it really helps take your mind off of things, plus its easy and turns out beautiful

I actually picked up a felting kit not long after I discovered your channel. I was going through a really hard time during my freshman year of college. But the little turtle felting kit was so much fun and relaxing to just sit and slowly watch it come together. Now Sheldon the turtle goes wherever I go as a reminder that things really can get better.

My favourite parts are the "deep" poking noises when attaching the head to the body. It's always hard deciding where to stop those scenes when editing since the whole clip is so satisfying 🤣.

When I started making needle felting toys, I also wanted to make them cute, but then, I got carried away with the creation of needle felting human faces, and the results impressed me very much. Your videos are very nice to watch. They inspire me to start making cute animals again. Thank you:)
Hi!! I love your videos and I love making these resin craft kits myself! (I actually made that same cake most recently!) I have a couple tips that I learned, hope they help:
1. Before curing, pop the air bubbles with the toothpick, it'll look a lot cleaner! (But you have to do this quickly, or the resin will sort of start to move upwards along the edge the container a little...)
2. Rubbing alcohol cleans both the pigment and resin off your skin easily!
3. If you accidentally make a small mistake or spill a tiny drop of resin over the top, you can wipe it up super easily with a plain paper towel before curing.
4. Adding a thin layer on the very top of everything will help to seal the decorations in place and give it a really nice finish.
I really enjoyed this video, and have been wanting you to work with these resin kits for a while now!! I hope you enjoyed it, and that you will try other kits in the future, I love them! ^^

I started needle felting because of you and GOD I LOVE IT SO MUCH thank you, Joana :) it's very hard to get hold of these kits in Brazil but I bought bunches of coloured wool and did my own projects. They aren't always awesome, actually almost never, but it's so relaxing and pleasant to needle felt! :)
Renata Diniz do you use a special mat for it? I just use a sponge but I don't know if that will damage the needles if they poke in the sponge. I'm from The Netherlands and here it's also hard to find these kits or the right supplies for it

I have anxiety issues and ADHD, so I cannot focus well and I get stressed easily. the crafting helps me calm down and feel a sense of completion, and helps me to do something with my hands. the asmr also helps to calm my anxiety, which is nice. even though you may never see this, I have to thank you for making this video, because you are really helping in more ways that you realize.

I have extreme anxiety and I have suffered it for most of my life. I personally believe that asmr and craft videos help me to calm down a lot. The only problem is I never have the materials 😂. I remember trying to make a floam a while ago using rice, it didn't work for me. So I took the mixture and left it out in a circular form. Then, when it dried I could hold it in my hands, and feel the bumpy texture. I used it the next day when I went on a plane ride, and I would rub it and it made me feel better because I have a fear of planes. To this day I still keep my small one in my pocket. I think that if you made a part 2 this would be a great thing to add. Love this video!! ❤️❤️

Thank you for the feedback! Once Maqaroon goes over 1M, I'm genuinely thinking of taking it back to more kawaii crafts/sewing/painting tutorials. Sadly UA-cam's algorithm has been really unforgiving in 2017, so channels are forced to use trending content in order to grow. But I hope that I'll have enough people watching the videos by then that it can sustain itself just through organic views :)

Hi! Try looking in most craft shops. They should have the basic felting supplies like needles, mat and wool. They won't sell the japanese kits, but all needlefelt pieces are easy to recreate as long as you have the right coloured wool.
Saira Mukami Daiso is also great for needle felt kits if there is one near you, other wise spotlight if there is one near you :)
