Nah thats only stupid haters.I even know that 1.1 NPC story movement has improved.They still look at Wuwa from 1.0 while 2.0 shit on their game.
yep, its just different from the games naysayers usually play which confuses them to thinking its bad or maybe they were being too critical at first w/o proper understanding of what's happening in the story
Because those people just ignore it. Wuwa may have a skip button but sometimes you can tell where the story is going through.
2.0 received a great improvement and good reaction from players, but also a lot of people who never play the game, or abandon the game then come back, say all 1.X versions are bad, story is atrocious, and only 2.0 good. And some people following this idea like moths to the flame, that's nothing new.
nahh people are tripping hard, even 1.0 are pretty good after scar, especially the war when retoract rain begin to ascend, and then when fighting dreamless, that was actually really good, just not really enjoyable lore and world building in the first hours

6:25 This. I wasn't so sure about pulling Jinhsi back then, because 1.0 story didn't do much favor on her character. However, 1.1 Main Quest convinced me to pull her. Although she dried up my Astrites saving (and later robbed my money with her skin), I have no regret pulling for Jinhsi.

For me, 1.0 was a messy release that really shows a lot of needed work to be done. But 1.1 is where it rally started to click for me that this game is really great with the story its trying to tell and the gameplay and QOLs keep getting better.

Personally I still think Patch 1.1 was the best for me (probably because of Changli), it's the update that really glued me to this game, also like Changli's Quest the best in the game.
