പരമാത്മായ ബ്രഹ്മത്തിൽ (ഓം ) നിന്ന് മായ മൂലം ത്രിമൂർത്തികൾ ഉത്ഭവിക്കുന്നു. ഒരേ ഈശ്വരന്റെ മൂന്നു വ്യത്യസ്ത ഭാവങ്ങളാണ് ത്രിമൂർത്തി (ബ്രഹ്മാവ്‌, വിഷ്ണു, ശിവൻ ). പ്രപഞ്ചത്തിൽ ഉടനീളം എപ്പോഴും സൃഷ്ടി, സ്ഥിതി, സംഹാരങ്ങൾ സംഭവിച്ചു കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നു. അതിന്റെ പിന്നിൽ ഒരേ ഒരു ഈശ്വരൻ. ഒരു വേദ വാക്യം ശ്രദ്ധിക്കു. "പ്രണവാത് പ്രഭവോ ബ്രഹ്മാ, പ്രണവാത് പ്രഭവോ ഹരി, പ്രണവാത് പ്രഭവോ രുദ്രാ " (സാമവേദം -യോഗ ചൂഢാമണി ഉപനിഷത് വാക്യം 18).
